A training workshop was organized for coordinators of Kenya Episcopal Conference (KEC). It was under the theme “Know your job – a programme for Biblical Apostolate Coordinators in Africa.”

The workshop was organized by BICAM and facilitated by Fr. Moïse ADEKAMBI, the Director of BICAM and Sr. Euphrasia SIMATI of Kibiko-Ngong Diocese of Kenya. There were 12 participants from all the Ecclesiastic Provinces of Kenya.  There were discussions, group workshops and sharing. At the end, the participants had an in-depth knowledge of how to discharge their duties efficiently and effectively as coordinators and animation of Biblical Apostolate activities. The participants planned to form a National Biblical Apostolate as the next line of action.

Rev Fr Charles KILONZO was appointed as the National Coordinator.

Rt. Rev. Emmanuel OKOMBO, Bishop of Catholic Diocese of Kericho was present as a delegate of Kenya Episcopal Conference (KEC).
