BICAM and SECAM
In the new administrative structure of SECAM, BICAM operates under the Department of Evangelization whose Head is one of the Vice-Presidents of SECAM and whose Secretary is one of the Deputy Secretaries of SECAM |

* The Director of BICAM
- He is the executive officer for carrying out the decisions and orientations of SECAM through its Standing Committee, in matters related to Biblical Apostolate in Africa and the Islands.
- He represents BICAM as far as its objectives, competencies, attributions, rights and duties are concerned |

* BICAM ADVISORY BOARD
There is an Advisory Board of seven members to help the Director of BICAM in his mission.The seven members are:
- Three ex officio members, that is: the Director of BICAM, the Secretary of the Pan-african Association of Catholic Exegetes (PACE) and the Africa Representative on the Catholic Biblical Federation (CBF) Executive Committee.
- Three regional or national coordinators elected by the latter and approved by SECAM Standing Committee
- One invited guest, in the person of the Secretary General of the Catholic. |
